Jackie understands that and strives to help athletes set high goals, learn new skills and keep sanity in their lives. Her biggest satisfaction comes from helping individuals achieve the kind of success and balance they didn’t know was possible. Additionally, building a strong community of like minded supportive people all striving for healtier lifestyles is a big part of what Jackie is creating. Through XCELL group classes, events and workshops, local athletes have a safe place to get fit with other like minded people. After all, it should be fun!
