Group Fitness Classes

12745657_10204672078676435_8262710602619298415_nOne hour of core workouts to help build strength and keep your core strong. These group workouts are done in either a circuit environment or as one group. Coach Melodie will help guide participants in proper form and  duration of each set.

Currently we offer group fitness classes Friday Mornings at 5:30 – 6:30 am.
