Only Two “Wintercize” Workouts left!

Hey Gang,

Spring racing is fast approaching.  The BEST way to prepare to race is with these intense but fun brick workouts.  There are only two left and you do NOT want to miss these.  PLEASE note the location change for Hard Attack.  It is NOW taking place in Henderson.

Also, PLEASE note DATE change for the Xtreme!  It is NOW March 25th!


Hard Attack!  

Saturday March 4, 2017 at Henderson Physical Therapy

1358 Paseo Verde Parkway, Suite #200, Henderson

Hard Attack” is an intense one-and-a-half hour, non-stop workout that helps to build versatile endurance and strength from head to toe.

The Coach leads the group through:

  • A 20-minute Bike interval set, using the athletes’ own bikes on indoor trainers , followed by, a 10-minute set of core exercises
  • The bike/core set is repeated 2 times.
  • The workout concludes with a 30-minute run, outdoors on a marked course,  supported by an aid-station stocked with water and sport drinks.

Indoor Bike Trainers are provided.

But, BYOT and get XCELL Bucks to spend on future classes!

Bring:  Your bike, bike shoes, towel, water and running shoes, Wear clothing that is  comfortable for both the ride and run – and pack warm layer/s for the  outdoor run.   It is advisable to have a dry change of clothing for the trip home.    


Xtreme Brick

 The “Xtreme Brick” is a two-and-a-half hour, non-stop workout that helps to build endurance and the skills needed for adapting to quick transitions from  sport-to-sport in triathlon.  See how much progress you can make in just one month!

The Coach leads the group through:

  • a 20-minute Bike interval set, using the athletes’ own bikes on indoor  trainers – which is followed by,
  • a 20-minute Run, outdoors on a marked course.
  • The bike/run set is repeated  3 times; and the workout concludes with 15 minutes of exercises focusing on building core strength.

Indoor Bike Trainers are provided.

But, BYOT and get XCELL Bucks to spend on future classes!

You Bring: Your bike, bike shoes, towel, water and running shoes. Wear clothing that is   comfortable for both the ride and run – and pack warm

layer/s for the outdoor run.

It is advisable to have clothes to change in to after this sweaty workout.
