USAT_CrtfdCoachI am a USA Triathlon Level 2 certified expert triathlon coach. I’ve coached a wide variety of athletes from first-timers, to athletes going to Kona. Mostly, I coach people with challenging schedules: professionals, firemen, pilots, physicians on call, stay at home moms and dads, and many athletes working non-traditional hours or with extensive travel schedules. My focus is on injury prevention and balance. Many I’ve coached are working with physical limitations—or injuries—that require unique scheduling of workouts. All levels receive completely custom plans designed around your specific time available to train, goals and your specific strengths and weaknesses. Most important; I make this promise to my athletes the moment we begin working together: I will not put you on the starting line of a race I don’t believe you are capable of finishing.
